Refund policy

We accept returned products purchased from XariSwim.com in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the United States. You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to return them. Returns sent back after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee and a charge for the return shipping labels. Unfortunately, Sales Items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Once items are received by Xari Swim, you will be refunded on the original payment method you used to make the purchase. 

Please Note: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and pantie liners attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at xariswim@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
